What did you do in college to set you up for success in your career?

For my undergrad, I got my degree in business with a minor in accounting. I believe that accounting and finance, whatever your degree is, absolutely helps you with whatever you want to do.

That knowledge base is crucial because every organization wants people to understand finances, especially as you move into leadership. I think that was something that was very beneficial for me.

For my MBA, the ability to really work with a lot of teams and figure out how best to collaborate was important. Learning from others and their experiences, and comparing them with my own, helped us support each other through the program.
