What does a day in your work life look like?

Right now, I'm working in operations at a nonprofit. Today, for example, I had several meetings with board members and our founder. We discussed what the organization is doing well and areas where we can improve.

Just like individuals, organizations have areas for improvement and goals. However, life gets busy, and urgent matters can sometimes overshadow the truly important things. Reflection is one of those crucial elements.

This includes looking back on your life, from an organizational perspective, and reviewing the past year. The key is to decide what needs to change, what should continue, and what needs to stop.

Today, I conducted several Zoom interviews and enjoyed talking with our amazing board members. They are all volunteers who give their time to this mission, and I am in a paid staff role. It's truly heartwarming.
