What do you enjoy most about being in your career?
I love the moment when I get evaluations and someone writes in the comments that my career, my lessons learned, or case studies resonate with them and will help them in their careers and their jobs.
I'm someone who doesn't like speaking in public and is more of an introvert than an extrovert. So, when DHR asked me if I would come in and speak, I really had some doubts about whether I wanted to do this.
When I do these courses or a coaching session, and someone responds to me saying, "I hadn't thought of that. What you went through is kind of what I'm going through right now." It's just made me step back, reflect, and think before I act. That to me is what I enjoy most.
