What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I love the people I work with every day. I'm not talking about the people who take my classes, but the people I work with.
If you've ever worked with people in leadership development, organizational development, or the training industry, you know they like people. They like to help people.
When you work in that kind of environment, it's really fun to go to work. I take some of these trainings, and I know the people doing the training because I recognize their voices. I can see and hear their enthusiasm as they train.
This really shows me that the people who thrive in this industry are those who want to help others.
