What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

Currently, I supervise the day-to-day operations and back-end administrative operations of a grant-funded project. It's a federally funded project, and I oversee the budget, staff hiring, and staff compliance.

Overall, I manage grant compliance, student enrollment, recruitment efforts, and student performance. This is what I do on a day-to-day basis, ensuring everything runs smoothly according to our grant objectives and what we promised in the grant we wrote.

I also focus on ensuring the staff feel supported and are growing. This includes them connecting with the youth we work with and building stronger partnerships with the schools and community organizations we collaborate with.
