What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I really enjoy meeting other people who are just as passionate about working with youth and serving their community as I am. It's great to attend professional conferences and meet new staff members.
We can connect and talk about these passions. We can also discuss how wonderful it is to see the youth in our care grow into young scholars and leaders.
It's amazing to have a network of like-minded individuals. They share a passion and understand the "why" behind my dedication to this industry, field, and job, because we love it so much.
