What do you enjoy the most about your industry?

The industry here, I think, would be legend management. It's a large charter network space.

I really like the fact that every single person I work with has a shared purpose, a shared mission. I genuinely feel that everyone has good intentions with what they do, even if we disagree about the methods. That feels great, and that's not always the case in the private or even some public sector worlds.

Also, everyone I work with is insanely smart and competent. I think I've realized that in previous jobs, maybe that wasn't always the case. I value that. It's really important to me to be in a room where everyone is so smart, and I want to learn from them. That's really cool.
