That would be being present and authentic. Regardless of the situation I find myself in, whether it's difficult clients, managers, or team members, on both the good days and the bad days, truly showing up as yourself and looking to connect with others on a human level has been very crucial.
I think that has really helped move my experience forward and be effective.
