What is your biggest challenge in your role?
I would say it is maintaining a sense of calm and also trying to bring levity to situations when they can get challenging. Whether that's getting harsh client feedback, or from leadership, particularly when things are moving really fast.
It's an ability to maintain calm and be able to delegate tasks without getting overwhelmed by events, which is what we would always say. I've also found bringing a little bit of lightness and levity to very serious situations can somewhat diffuse those things and avoids any kind of spats or things like that.
But I will admit that that is certainly the hardest part of my job because it can be overwhelming. It's my job to make sure that I do not appear overwhelmed, even if I am.
