How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
In tech, you have to be able to thrive in ambiguity, roll with the punches, and be flexible, adaptable, and nimble. You need to be ready to pivot.
This means not having an ego or attachment to what you've done or created. You need to be in tune with data so you can make quick pivots based on data-driven decisions. You also have to be willing to let go because things are always changing.
The other piece is being very entrepreneurial: seeing a vision, then getting after it and creating it. This is even when no one is giving you the answers or the formula. It isn't a copy-paste situation; it's about going to create. So, being entrepreneurial to go create that.
