What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

My team manages all of our storytelling efforts and our company culture. This way, when candidates are exploring which company they want to work for and which one will be the right fit, they know what it would be like to work here.

I lead the team that does this, and my team has a variety of responsibilities. I started my career in recruiting with a marketing background. I was initially the person doing the work, then started leading teams, and now I'm leading the full team.

The channels we use for this include TikTok, Instagram, and social media across the board. We also advertise on our career site and set up email marketing campaigns for candidates. We focus on brand reputation overall, looking at platforms like Glassdoor and Blind.

We also consider the different workplace awards we win globally and our general positioning in the market. Additionally, we work on all the programs that support our storytelling. A significant part of that is employee advocacy, involving employees to share their stories and work experiences.

This helps us create an overall picture of what life is like when you're working at Qualtrics.
