How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
People who typically thrive in this industry don't give up and take feedback well. Something about marketing is that there's no single way to do it.
There isn't one right way that's easy and process-oriented. Marketing and design are very fluid. When you have a lot of people involved, it can be difficult to decide on one direction.
That's why you combine creativity with data to have a focused approach for launching a campaign. Paid ads are a huge way to learn what works with your audience. I usually work with a conversion rate analyzer or a paid ads director. That's kind of the yin and the yang.
