That's a great question. I think one of the most important skills is insatiable curiosity.
In marketing specifically, trends come and go very quickly. You have to stay on top of constantly evolving platforms and really pay attention to what your audiences and target markets are telling you.
You also have to have the ability to not be a perfectionist. You have to eventually get something out there and then you can iterate on top of that. So, being able to test and look at the data is super important for this job.
