Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college? Do you have any internships or jobs you had before your current role?
Yes. In college, I actually thought I wanted to be a school psychologist and got my degree in psychology. My mom also got her degree in psychology.
I did an internship at a school for school psychology and hated it. It was a little too late for me, so I continued with my psychology degree. It actually ended up helping me in marketing a lot more than I originally thought it would.
Marketing is so focused on the customer journey and who you're talking to. It's really important to be able to get into people's heads and understand how you're going to best market a product or service to enhance the brand and user experience.
