What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
There are a few challenges. A lot of it has to do with juggling priorities, where sometimes three or four things may seem most important. It's about figuring out which can be left for a later date and which is mission-critical.
There's also learning new skillsets and information needed for HR responsibilities, transitioning into that while learning on the go. Messaging that to staff who don't quite understand the transfer of responsibilities can be challenging.
That's where soft skills, empathy, and people skills come in. I'm up to the challenge, so I took it on wholeheartedly.
