What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

Other than the time change working, as I mentioned, I'm a scout. I start my workday at 7:00 AM, but I get off at 3:00, which is nice.

The time change can be a little challenging, especially when I'm trying to get in touch with other people closer to the end of their workdays. But other than that, while it's a blessing to wear so many different hats, I think sometimes prioritizing and being in communication with all those people, making sure they feel and know they are respected and given the time they need, is probably the greatest challenge.

In certain seasons, certain leaders need more attention because they have projects that take priority. So, I would say making sure I prioritize my time and energy with each person I work directly with is, at times, the greatest challenge. But I would say I'm learning; it's given me a good time management opportunity.
