What skills are most important for a job like yours?
Someone in my position needs to have strong communication skills, but also confidence. You really have to be able to pick up the phone or walk into a room and talk to anyone and everyone in that room.
And of course, in order to do that, you need to have some confidence as well. But beyond confidence and communication, I would also add project management and problem solving to that list.
Sometimes I have literally a dozen things going on at one time, multiple campaigns, projects happening all over the world, different time zones. If you're not able to manage both your time and your resources, you're going to run into some major problems.
So, communication, confidence, but also project management and problem solving.
