What do you enjoy the most about being in your role?
I would say it's absolutely working with students, and that's kind of the common thread running throughout my entire career journey. Going back from my first job out of college and every step along the way, the thing that brings me probably the most joy is just working with people in general, but definitely working with students.
I know there's a lot of uncertainty and a lot of growth that happens during these timeframes when you're in K through 12, but especially even outside and into college. So, that's just something that I've gotten a lot of joy out of: working with students and seeing how they progress throughout the years and how they've grown, not only professionally, but really as people. I think that's something that I get a lot of joy out of within my career.
