Favorite Parts of Working in Higher Education as a Professional Development Manager
Konnor enjoys working in higher education, particularly the opportunity to work with students and witness "how they have just developed over the years" both professionally and personally from freshman to senior year. The most fulfilling aspect is being a consistent presence in students' journeys and observing "how they change as people."

What do you enjoy the most about being in your industry?
I really do enjoy being in higher education. Mainly because, as I've mentioned, I really enjoy working with students.
I like watching students grow from a professional and educational standpoint, but also from a personal standpoint. Seeing how they have developed over the years and changed as people from freshman year all the way up to senior year is really fun.
It's just really rewarding to get invested in students and then be a consistent stop along the way to watch how they change as people.
