What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
The scale of the impact is significant. Where I work, we support districts that educate nearly five and a half million children.
Most jobs involve an element of stress. What I've learned is that if I'm going to be stressed, I might as well be stressed around people I like.
Thirdly, I'm always learning something new about the K through 12 space, about politics, and about people. This keeps me on my toes and engaged.
