Q8: Who thrives in the industry?

How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry? Or in the world of public health/healthcare organizations?

I'd say people who are compassionate. If you don't care about the people in the work that you do, I don't think you're going to thrive. You'll just be unhappy.

I feel that when you care about what you do, your work reflects that. Another person who would thrive is someone who's really into details and organized, just because there are a lot of things that you have to handle.
