Q6: Biggest challenge in your role.

What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

The biggest challenge in this role, I would say, is when you're the main point of contact for a plan. That can be a lot of work because they'll have questions, maybe about a payment they just got.

That's not necessarily a subject that I'm a subject matter expert on, but it's my duty to find the person in my company who can help answer their question. So, I would say that's a big challenge: just knowing who to talk to and being organized on all the deliverables and questions that come up with them.
