How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

I'd like to touch on previous questions. I would say people who care about what they do and what we do in the future of it, that's just a baseline requirement.

This is necessary to make working day to day in this industry work well. It's not an industry where you work nine to five and you're done. Because of the nature of putting on concerts and events, it's a seven-day operation.

This doesn't mean everyone is working seven days a week, but it's not like a Monday through Friday job where everyone is off on the weekends. So, as an organization, I find that the people who typically thrive are those who understand what the life cycle of that process looks like.

They know how they fit into that puzzle, if you will, and kind of just lean in. I think part of it is also being able to walk the line between the arts and what we're doing from an artistic and creative lens.

But also, the fact that we're an organization and we're there to put on concerts and remain sustainable. So, part of it is that line. At least from my standpoint and how I think about that relative to the industry, it's being able to balance that line between the artistic perspective as well as a business one.
