What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I love coaching and helping junior or entry-level folks with their careers. I also enjoy coming up with really weird creative ideas and pitching them to the client.
For example, we came up with a pickle McFlurry for McDonald's. It wasn't a real product, but it was a social media post. Getting that idea through to the client, and then seeing the team react with excitement, is really fun.
