What's your biggest challenge in your current role?
Currently, I'm stretched across all areas of marketing, including paid media, organic, social, earned, creative, and events. It's both cool and interesting, but it can be challenging because I'm not focused on just one area.
This requires me to think carefully about how I build my day and to lean on experts in each of those fields to stay up-to-date. I don't always know what's happening with reporters and where they're moving, as that's not my specific expertise.
So, I have to rely on those who are experts. It's a challenge and can be a bit overwhelming, but it's also rewarding.
