What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
The industry I'm in is EdTech, which is education technology. It's the space between the tech sector and the education sector. These are two very unique and different sectors.
One of the things I enjoy about it is the tension and challenge. This comes from trying to solve educational problems using technology. We need to make sure we use technology effectively and meaningfully in education.
Problem-solving is a theme for me, something I really enjoy in my career. Another benefit of my industry is that it includes many educators or people who want to work in education. I love working with educators and people who care about education.
