What is one lesson you've learned that has proven significant in your career?

One significant lesson I've learned is the importance of putting yourself out there and networking. Personally, I tend to be more introverted. I still find it difficult at times to put myself out there, whether at an afternoon mixer or a professional networking event.

But I know I have to do it for a few reasons. One, you never know what opportunities are waiting for you, so it's important to stay connected and make yourself known. Second, those relationships within the community help to advance business goals.

Therefore, I'd say it's super important to network, put yourself out there, and constantly meet new people from your industry.
