What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?
Salesforce leads and administrators want to help users have easier processes throughout their day, save time, and automate tasks. We are eager to help, and sometimes the impulse is to immediately agree to build a requested feature.
However, just because something is possible and can be built doesn't mean it should be. Technology offers many creative ways to solve problems.
Before agreeing to build something, it's crucial to understand the user's pain points and the entire holistic process. This ensures you can find the best possible solution rather than just the easiest one to build.
