What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I have a number of responsibilities at our company as CIO. My main job is to work with the different departments, taking in the information they're getting. This could be from what they're hearing from clients in our client success team, or from sales calls, or from our customer service team interacting with our customers.
My job is to work with each department and listen to the problems they believe are coming in. Then, I work with them to find a solution based on the information we have. We'll either look at the data or the feedback.
I'll work with the team to think about how we could best address the issue. This might involve changes to our software, FAQ, policies, procedures, or anything else required for that role.
For my marketing responsibilities, I work with our team to ensure a cohesive brand across all of our online properties. This includes Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and our website.
It also extends to events where we might be the official ticketing partner. We need to ensure we have the correct physical branding materials in place. Do things follow our guidelines and style policies? Do they match the voice and tone we want to project? It's a lot of different responsibilities and hats.
