Q8: Who thrives in industry?
How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry? Definitely people who are willing to learn and always inquisitive about the next steps. They really need to know the final details and be attentive to them.
It's also important to like people. You're going to have to enjoy talking to people because that's what I do every day.
And just people who really want others to be better. I think there's a need to trust that people want to improve. It's important to embrace diversity.
Regardless of what everyone really wants, to be who they believe they can be is not really set in stone. I just really believe that everyone could be who they want to be.
