What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I really like interacting with students. It's the nurturing part of me that I really like. I feel like I'm helping them.
I also enjoy solving problems. So a lot of students come in and ask me questions. It's almost like a challenge to myself, like "Oh, I got this."
The sense of satisfaction when students leave the room feeling settled is very satisfying. I really enjoy them.
