What is your biggest challenge in your role?
Students are procrastinating. I like to manage the process and outcome. A lot of times, I have to remind myself that my process is to give advisement to the students.
It is the students' process to get them to where they need to be in the next step of their life. I need to manage my own expectations of what students can or cannot do, or have or have not done.
