What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
As Chief of Staff, I work through two different avenues. One is more on the administrative side of things, and the other is in the HR realm.
Within the HR realm, we focus on developing and implementing HR strategies, talent acquisition and development, compliance and regulation, and compensation and benefits management. This also includes confidential matters. So really, it's all things HR. Anything to do with the people experience at work falls under my purview.
The second avenue is more along the lines of handling day-to-day operations, budgeting, and executive leadership. This role also involves acting as a liaison between our executive leadership team and the rest of the company.
Additionally, I handle strategic advice, projects, and leadership for special projects or big initiatives the company wants to focus on.
