What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

Food manufacturing is a different animal. I tell this to everyone who doesn't have experience in food manufacturing, but it's a different animal. It's a different pace of play.

It is challenging and very rewarding at the same time. I think what I enjoy the most is I get to see all the behind-the-scenes work. I get to see all the troubles, all the issues, and all of the resolutions that we put in place.

They all stem from this fantastic product that we're providing and manufacturing for the nation to eat healthy foods. It's really cool to see everything that goes into making something that is benefiting so many people.

We could be manufacturing things that aren't healthy, and it would still be great to see the fruits of your labor. But I think being in the "better for you" space in food manufacturing really drives me.
