What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I am a project manager. This means I ensure the project runs smoothly, and that all necessary tasks are either assigned or completed by myself.
I keep track of due dates and confirm that everyone is completing their assigned tasks. I also make sure documents are reviewed, and I coordinate with clients, contractors, and agencies.
My role involves reviewing reports and a lot of coordination. There's a lot of tracking, including budget tracking and deliverables.
You have to be very organized, and it's really interesting. Every day is different, which is nice. However, it does involve a lot of lists, tasks, and check marks to manage.
