I think in terms of entry-level positions for people who are interested in entering the cannabis space.
We actually get this question a lot, and honestly, the answer is always the same. Any job that relates to a consumer packaged good product, there is one in cannabis.
I think it can feel super limiting and specific, making you wonder if you need really intense scientific knowledge, or if you have to be a botanist, or have blown up around cannabis, or have specific knowledge of it.
Really, we're selling a branded product. So it could be marketing, packaging, logistics, finance, or product development. We even have someone who's a chief of staff and does a little bit of everything at our company.
So again, it's a broad answer, but we get asked that a bunch. There really is no difference in terms of entry-level positions in a brand like ours or in the cannabis space in general, due to its rapid growth. Any area you are building a skill set in or are interested in exploring is definitely transferable and translatable to the cannabis industry too.
