What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

I'm currently a director for product marketing across a couple of different product areas at the company. The first is verticals, which includes what we're building for retail or gaming advertisers.

I also work with Reality Labs, so my team supports AR ads. We also handle commerce, specifically shop ads. Lastly, we work with what we call "family of apps," which covers everything on Facebook, Instagram, Reels, and Threads.

My primary job responsibilities break down into three main areas. The first is channel strategy planning. This involves figuring out how to take a specific product to market for a particular audience.

We consider market requirements, dependencies within each market or with each audience, and specific growth strategies. The second area is product activation, where I guide my team on approaches to grow revenue or implement revenue protection efforts from a product perspective.

The third area is market intelligence. This focuses on driving alignment between our sales, product, and engineering teams. We also ensure market insights are captured and incorporated into product roadmaps. My team manages this process for all of our product areas.
