What did you do in undergrad to set you up for success in your career?

I candidly had no idea what I wanted to do for my career when I was an undergrad. I don't think that's a bad thing. Many of us worry that we have to have everything figured out, particularly when we're juniors or seniors looking at the next step.

Instead, I would think about how you can set goals for yourself that focus on behaviors and skills you want to build. These are "no-loss" skills, meaning they will be good for you no matter what.

For example, you could learn how you function in a leadership group. Or you could get involved in different philanthropic activities to understand fundraising or how to work with people. These are critical skills no matter your future path.

There are kind of those "no-loss" opportunities as you're working through what you want to do later on.
