What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
In my current role, I oversee our prestigious customers and their overall partnerships. Many of our customers have multi-year agreements, and it's my job to ensure we manage them according to the contract.
This includes handling any marketing activations needed each year, specific pricing, or anything related to service. Essentially, anything outlined in the contract is my responsibility to ensure we adhere to it and also hold the customer accountable.
Ultimately, the goal is to grow the business year over year through revenue, gross profit, and volume. It's a role with a lot of responsibilities.
