What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
It's changed a lot. I've been in the beverage industry for 10 years, and it never gets boring. There's always some new innovation, always some great idea about a flavor to launch or a type of beverage to manufacture.
Everyone needs a drink, whether it's alcoholic or non-alcoholic. There's always something going on, so it's a very busy industry. I love seeing the trends and what people are projected to be looking for in a beverage.
It's interesting to see how our company responds to those trends and how they've pivoted in the past few years.
