What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
Sometimes it's just not enough time in the day. Other times, there are resource challenges.
As I mentioned, having to team up with marketing for ideas without a budget can be a difficult obstacle to overcome. You'll have a great idea, and then it becomes a question of who's paying for it. If you don't have the budget, you can't bring it to life.
Supply chain issues have been more prevalent in the last two years than ever before. I really wish I could see the team more often. We're very spread out, with team members in Orange County, San Diego, and Las Vegas.
I feel like we accomplish so much more when we're together. Being in the same room allows us to generate great ideas and come up with effective solutions. We are a bit scattered, but we all work very hard and have a lot on our plates.
We have to take things as they come, but I do wish we could be together more often.
