What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?

Touching back to the emotionality attached to this role, one thing that is really interesting and relevant to me in life, and especially relevant in my work, is how people remember how you made them feel.

While people may not remember a specific deck or asset you share, they always remember the feeling you left them with. I make it a point to ensure everyone feels heard and supported, and that they know I'm there as a resource.

People are people, and I think emotional connections matter just as much, if not more, than deliverables. This has really shaped how I show up to every interaction, whether it's internally with my direct team or externally with clients.
