What is your biggest challenge in your role?

Yes. I've really thought about this one. I think I'm very grateful and lucky to attend and enjoy my role.

What's really interesting, especially in the role of account supervisor, is balancing high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. You're thinking ahead and proactively, but at the same time, you're managing the daily tasks.

As an account supervisor, I need to zoom out to guide the overall direction of our work and campaigns. But I'm also often deep in the details, reviewing decks, managing client feedback, and keeping timelines on track.

It really takes a balance of zooming in when needed and zooming out when needed.
