How would you typically describe people who thrive in your industry?
I would say people who are great at making personal connections. As I mentioned before, I think it's really easy to teach a system or to teach policy and procedure.
But those who are truly exceptional have the ability to make connections. I guess I would also add attention to detail.
Well, I know that skill is probably used in any industry, but it really separates you. I think especially when you come into the luxury market, being able to set yourself apart from your competition is really important.
