What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
There's a lot happening in the compliance banking world. It's such a niche industry that once you've been in it for a while, you start to see the same people repeatedly.
After 18 years, it's nice that when I go to conferences or see people, they feel like old friends. We might have last seen each other a year ago, five years ago, or even ten years ago. Asking, "How's your life?" is truly enjoyable.
