What skills are most important for a job like yours?

Thinking through this question, I've identified a couple of things I believe are most important. Communication is key: being able to ask people for things, not being afraid to approach them, and then listening to and understanding their responses.

Strategic thinking is also crucial. While some aspects of strategy can be taught, in my role, having an analytical mindset is essential. It's important to be able to look at data and understand how things work, as clients will ask questions and it's important to be able to explain those things back to them.

Project management is another vital skill. This involves managing multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously, and organization is a big part of that. Having some kind of system that works is beneficial.

Finally, interpersonal skills are important. Being able to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal colleagues makes for a much more harmonious working relationship.
