Within a marketing agency, the client services team acts as the primary contact for clients. We communicate with them to understand their business and media needs. Then, we work to implement those needs by utilizing all internal departments.
I often communicate with the media buying team within our digital department. This involves coordination with data to ensure everything is validated and set up correctly. We also handle client requests for new dashboards.
