What is one lesson that you have learned that's proven significant in your career?
One of my old colleagues said, "Sometimes work feels like work, and that's okay." There are days when you don't want to do what you're doing.
Every job has parts that aren't fun. I think there's an expectation that you should be passionate, enjoy your job, have a bigger purpose, and mean something in the world.
These are all great things, and I highly recommend pursuing them whenever you can. But sometimes work just feels like work, and you're not going to be happy every single day. That's just part of it.
The sooner you're okay with that, accept it, and move past it, the more empowered you'll be to focus your passions in a proper way.
