What skills are most important for a job like yours?

As a project manager or someone who wants to work in retail skincare e-commerce, you need to be flexible. You also need to be able to observe the solution in your own way.

You could call it innovation, but I don't think it's exactly innovative. It's more that there's never a set of things you need to do. The goal is set, and then the question is what you do or how you make it happen through the process.

For example, with the dashboard I mentioned, before I came in, there wasn't exactly a dashboard, just Excel files. When someone asked about the status, my team would try to filter everything in Excel, which took so much time to compile the answer they wanted.

So, I came in and made a dashboard. This made reporting much easier. It's just one small example of how to master a job like this.

The work isn't exactly spontaneous, but there's always a lot of movement and change. It's important to be flexible and to trust yourself that you can adapt to different difficulties. This is tied into the entrepreneurial aspect of my experience, I guess.
