What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I enjoy working with students; that has been important to me throughout all of my roles in higher education. Currently, I work with graduate students.

They are all teachers who teach outside of the US. They all have very interesting stories and careers, and it is really wonderful to get to know them and to help them through their educational journey.
